Why PalmaDZ ?
I am Meryem, a young Algerian woman from eastern Algeria currently living in Turkey, where I balance my university studies with hard work to support my family and achieve my ambitions. I grew up in a household filled with love and diligence, drawing strength from my mother, who has always been a symbol of perseverance and patience, instilling in me values of commitment and generosity.
For as long as I can remember, dates have been an integral part of our daily lives—not just as a source of nourishment but as a symbol of authenticity and hospitality. In our home, every date told a story of our land and the generosity of its people. When I moved to Turkey, I felt an obligation to present this Algerian treasure to the world in a way that reflects its quality and genuine spirit.
